The copying machine

The copying machine can be found next to the guild room at our department. For copying you need a copy card, which you can get as follows:

1. You must be a member of the guild.
2. A member of the guild can purchase a copy card from the guild room. The copy card costs 9€, from which you get 4€ back once you return the card.
3. A new card is charged before hand. Charging happens by depositing desired amount to the guild’s copy account with your personal reference number. Copy account: 130930 – 51029. Copies cost 0,05€/copy, which is the cheapest in Otaniemi.
4. With the receipt of the deposit you can come to the guild room to get your copy card charged by a member of the board.
5. When you return the copy card you receive the 4€ and the amount remaining on your copy card.

N.B. You can also charge your copy card with cash at the guild room as long as there is a member of the board present.
