Terms and Conditions of the Registration
When registering for an event organized by the Forest Products Guild, you agree that your registration is binding after the registration form closes. You can cancel your registration before the registration ends. After the registration ends, you are obligated to pay the participation fee for the event or find another participant to take your place. If the event is free of charge, you are obligated to pay a cancellation fee of 10€ if you are unable to attend the event or wish to cancel your registration.
AYY Safer Space Policy
Events of the Forest Products Guild follow Aalto University Student Union’s (AYY) Safer Space Policy. The events aim to be equal and comfortable for everyone. If you see or experience inappropriate conduct, you have the right to intervene in the situation. If you wish, you can also get in touch with AYY’s harassment contact persons: hairinta@ayy.fi.
