HAKEMUKSET RAATIIN 2023 / APPLICATIONS FOR THE BOARD 2023
Saapuneet hakemukset julkaistaan alla joka sunnuntai, sekä hakuajan sulkeuduttua. / The applications are published down below every Sunday and after the application deadline.
Vaalikokous järjestetään ma 14.11.2022 ja kyseisessä kokouksessa oletetaan ehdokkaiksi kaikki, jotka ovat lähettäneet hakemuksensa hakuajan sisällä, sekä henkilöt, jotka asettuvat ehdolle vaalikokouksen aikana. Raatiin voivat hakea kaikki Puunjalostajakillan varsinaiset jäsenet.
Mikäli et pääse paikalle vaalikokoukseen, mutta olet kiinnostunut hakemaan raatiin, mainitse asiasta hakemuksesi lähettämisen yhteydessä.
Jos haluat lisätietoja raadin tehtävistä, voit olla yhteydessä nykyiseen raatiin (pjk(at)list.ayy.fi) tai esimerkiksi lähettämällä sähköpostia tietylle raadin jäsenelle (kts. Raadin yhteystiedot). Jos sinulla on kysyttävää liittyen haun teknisiin seikkoihin, ota yhteyttä killan tiedottajaan (virva.brax(at)aalto.fi).
Hakemuksen voi perua vain lähettämällä asiasta sähköpostin (virva.brax(at)aalto.fi) viimeistään vaalikokousta edeltävänä päivänä (13.11.).
The election meeting will be held on 14th of November 2022. All people who have sent their application during the application period are considered as applicants during the election meeting, in addition to those who apply during the meeting. All actual members of Puunjalostajakilta can apply for the board.
If you cannot participate the election meeting but you are interested in applying for the board, please mention about it when sending the application.

If you have any technical questions about the application process, please contact the guild’s Public Relations Officer (virva.brax(at)aalto.fi).
If you want to cancel your application, please send a separate email (virva.brax(at)aalto.fi) no later than 13th of November.
